Aces Summer Pass

Enjoy #Aceball all summer long with the Aces Summer Pass! The Summer Pass gives fans access to all remaining home games (excluding July 4th) during the 2025 season.

Grass berm seating tickets are guaranteed for each Reno Aces home game. Pass Holders will receive a text at 9 a.m. on the first game day of a homestand and can opt-in to as many games they would like to during that homestand. Once opted in, Pass Holders can purchase guest tickets and upgrades if available.

1. How do I claim my tickets? When does the opt-in open before each game?

You will receive a text when the window to opt-in is opened. The opt-in window starts at 9 am on the Monday the day before the homestand starts. You will have an opportunity to opt-in for all the games in the series and purchase guest tickets & upgrades as well.

2. When does the opt-in close before each game?

The opt-in window starts at 9 am on the Monday the day before the homestand starts, and you are able to opt into each individual game up until one hour after first pitch.

3. Why do I need two different accounts to opt-in to games and actually receive the tickets?

Opting in to Aces games and receiving Aces tickets are two different processes. In order to opt in to games, you will need to log in using your MLB account here. Once you do that, you will receive the tickets to the games you've opted into in your MyTickets account just like you would any other Aces game.

4. Do I get a ticket to each game on the schedule? Are there penalties if I do not opt in?

Tickets are guaranteed for each game remaining this season (excluding July 4). There are no penalties for not attending a game. However, you do need to confirm your attendance to receive a ticket.

5. Where are my tickets?

Your tickets will be sent over 3 hours prior to first pitch and you can find the tickets within your Reno Aces MyTickets Account.

6. Why am I not receiving the texts that allow me to opt-in to my games?

If you don't save a phone number, texts can occasionally be marked as spam and not deliver to your inbox. Be sure to save the number 833-763-0583 to your contacts to ensure text delivery.

7. How are tickets sent to me?

3 hours prior to first pitch you will receive a text confirming that tickets have been delivered to your Reno Aces MyTickets Account.

8. Where will my seats be located?

Your seats will be located on our Outfield Berm. Summer Pass holders will have the opportunity to upgrade each game.

9. Can these tickets be transferred to a friend?

Summer Pass tickets, as well as seat upgrades and guest passes, are not eligible for resale. Abusing these guidelines can result in your Summer Pass being revoked.

10. Can I bring a friend to a game?

Guest tickets & upgrades will be available for select games. If available, guest tickets are available for purchase when you opt into games.
